Notable EncountersWilliam Hermanns had the knack to see whomever he wanted. His guiding thought was his Vow made on the battlefield of Verdun and the German proverb: "Don't go to the apprentice; go to the master." Geh' nicht zum Schmidtchen, Geh' zum Schmidt ! ---- We have no photos with Paramhansa Yogananda, but the spirit of his teachings was quite influential in Dr. Hermanns life.
